High-quality processing

  • After a rigorous control and selection of raw materials from the Nogar Group warehouses and of concentrated and nanofiltered whey permeates, the intake system maintains a high sanitary status.
  • The extrusion process achieves a high degree of starch gelatinization with a high degree of superimposition of lactose in the extruded dairy products and rigorous quality parameters for the extruded soybeans (KOH solubility, TIAs, PDI, etc.), as well as a very efficient sanitization.
  • Correct drying results in optimum moisture content and low water activity in the extruded dairy products.
